How can I choose the size?
We kindly recommend you use the “Size Guide “ to better determine your ideal size because sizing varies between our items. ”Size Guide” with detailed product measurements is included on each product page. As a note, these are measurements for the item itself. You can compare these measurements to similar pieces you already own.
Are these shirts true to size?
Yes, the size is based on international sizing system for our brand, so it may be slightly different from the clothing that you purchase more often. We highly recommend when you choose the size according to the size chart with the size guide button.
Where is the size chart?
When looking for items, you'll locate the size guide on the right side of the product page. The size guide is available in the product page description, or you can access it through the provided link in the footer.
Do you have big or tall size？
We’re sorry we don’t have big or tall size. If you are looking for big size shirts, maybe the shirt of bigger size will be suitable for you. You can take a reference of the size guide.
Do you sell women’s sizes?
We’re sorry we don’t have women’s size, you can take a reference of the size guide and then choose the size that fits you.
Do you have shirts for certain size?
Yes, we have size from S to 5XL for most of the shirts. If you are looking for other sizes, you could search the item and choose specific items in the left of the size tab.
Can I remove an item from the shopping cart?
Yes, if the order is not placed, you can remove the item from the shopping cart. But once you have placed the order, please contact our customer service team to process for you.
Payment Inquiry
What secure payment methods are accepted?
We can process payments by “Paypal” and then fill in the required information.
How do you secure my payment information?
We do not process any of your payment information. All payment-related matters on our website are handled by PayPal.
How To Apply Coupon/Code
Where do I input my coupon?
When you are in the “check out” page, please fill the coupon code in the “Coupon” space and click the “APPLY” button, then you will enjoy the discount.
Can I use two or more coupons at the same time?
We’re sorry that you could only use one coupon when you make the order.
Coupon/Code Not Applied
I have placed the order, but didn’t use the coupon code.
If you didn’t use the coupon code for your order, please contact our customer service team to check and resolve for you.
Shipping & Delivery
How long the shipping will take？
After you make an order, we need 2-3 business days for preparing the items and then send out. The shipping time will take 5-7 business days (Standard shipping)
Do you have overnight shipping?
I’m sorry that we don’t have overnight shipping.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. We suggest that you place a separate order for each destination if you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses.
